Where do the Purchase links take me? 1. Our diginal distribution is handled through Rebeat, a digital music distribution company. When you click the purchase link for a single song, you will be taken to one of the popular music sites like iTunes or Napster, where the music is for sale. That site will allow you to purchase the MP3 download of the song you have chosen. 2. If you choose to purchase the album as a physical CD, the link will take you to one of our on-line stores, such as e-Bay or Etsy, where the CDs are listed for sale.

How do you safeguard my e-mail address and other private information? We never under any circumstances sell or rent any e-mail or other personal information of our clients or customers.

Do you provide other services in related areas? Kellan on occasion has composed music for video projects, and for gifts. A 'personal portrait in music' is offered on an 'as requested' basis. The requestor can specify the style (classical, jazz, etc) and the length, and then a quote can be established. Joy provides make-up and cosmetic advice and information particularly on skin care and organic and mineral products. Kellan has also been commissioned to do paintings on request of a particular subject or theme.

What is your return policy? Digital downloads are obviously not returnable. Defective CDs will be replaced.

Do you have a 'bricks and mortar' store? We have in the past had actual retail outlets in various locations. With the proliferation of e-commerce and the speed of electronic delivery we have opted to do all our retail sales through electronic means.

Do you ship internationally? We ship worldwide to most countries. There are a few exceptions because of frequent lost or damaged packages. We will answer specific requests as needed.
